MEET VILLA LUNA.
Since 2005, Villa Luna has been dedicated to providing high-quality and flexible care for children from 4 months to school age. We already have bilingual day-care centres in Cologne, Aachen, Hamburg, Hanover, Berlin as well as three facilities in Düsseldorf.
Every Villa Luna stands for the same concept, yet the interior design and set-up of individual locations are as distinctive as their employees, children and their parents.
We focus on early childhood development as encapsulated in our guiding principle “A good start lasts a lifetime.” Everything hinges on bilingualism (German/English). Children are fully immersed in English during their day. This means that there is at least one English-speaking employee in every group.
We meet our children at eye level and promote their participation at the day-care centre. Providing everyone in our teams with a helping hand is a given for Villa Luna employees.
As a subsidiary of Klett Group, one of Europe’s largest education companies, we are constantly looking to grow.
We look forward to fresh faces, new ideas and dedicated employees.
WE CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU.
Dr. Jürgen Reul – Gründer und Geschäftsführer
der Villa Luna Kindertagesstätten
Our employees are the key driving force when it comes to putting the happiness of parents and children at the forefront: Their ideas and daily dedication bring the Villa Luna approach to life. When individual employees spread their wings, it elevates the entire team and all of Villa Luna to new levels. Accordingly, we place trust in every single employee, and foster a culture of appreciation and respect.
To that end, vocational training and qualification are core values at Villa Luna: We are proud to take on apprentices and are happy to support our educators in gaining further qualifications.
We offer our staff a wide range of opportunities to have a successful career in almost all fields of early education at many locations throughout Germany. The Villa Luna staff is as dedicated to helping you reach your goals as the management is.
We look forward to having you join the Villa Luna team as a new member and eagerly await your application.
