Alexandra Böhmel
Kindergarten manager

I gained professional experience as an educator in Heidelberg, Stuttgart and Neuss. In 2014, I successfully completed my specialist training in organization and leadership, after which I already worked for several years as a daycare center manager in Ludwigsburg. I find it very exciting to rediscover and open up the world together with children every day. “Children learn primarily through what adults do, less through what they say.” – Jesper Juul (family therapist)

Nicole Sohn
Pedagogical staff

I come from Kaarst. In 2015 I finished my studies in social work and already in my studies I focused on child and family work. I look forward to supporting your children in their development and accompany them on their way.

Daniela Schüpper
Pedagogical staff

I have five children and since 21 years I live with my family in Kaarst/Holzbüttgen. After my training as a child care worker, I primarily took care of my children. The last five years I have worked as an inclusion assistant in a language special school, a community elementary school and in a daycare center. I am very much looking forward to working with you as parents and with your children to discover the world with them a little bit more every day.
“There is no age when everything is lived so insanely intensely as in childhood. We grown-ups should remember what that was like.” -Astrid Lindgren

Pedagogical staff & Immersion Specialist

I currently live in Mönchengladbach but moved to sunny California after graduating from school. There I worked as a live-in nanny in a beautiful town close to San Francisco (San Rafael). When I came back to Germany, I studied Early Childhood Education and Care before working in a kindergarten of an International School. I’m currently getting a master’s degree in Early Childhood and Social Studies with a focus on culture and creativity. Working with children brings me so much joy and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Villa Luna allows children to explore their interests independently and I cannot wait to show your children the beauty of learning another language!

Samantha Lange
Pedagogical staff

I am a state-certified educator and live in Krefeld. Before I trained as a kindergarten teacher, I trained as a social assistant with a focus on special education. I chose Villa Luna because there is close cooperation and the child’s development is intensively monitored and documented. It is also very exciting to be able to accompany a daycare center from the very beginning. Working with children is my calling. The time in the daycare center is a very intensive and formative time. It is important to accept the children as individuals and to give them all possible pedagogical support. I am looking forward to the time together!

Carina Holz
Pedagogical staff

After graduating from high school, I completed my training as a state-certified social assistant. During this time, my heart’s desire to support children in their development and accompany them through their first years of life was solidified. True to the motto of my life “Every day without a smile is a lost day”, I am very happy to now support the team of Villa Luna Kaarst as a supplementary staff member.

Lin Zhu
Pedagogical staff

I studied Education in China and Business Management in Ireland and parallel to my work at Villa Luna I am working as a Chinese teacher at a language school. Life is all about experience, so I am eager to learn and open to new challenges. I enjoy doing creative activities with the children, such as painting, handicrafts and dancing. I am looking forward to bringing my expertise and personal experience to the group and to accompany and strengthen your children during their exciting daycare time.

Alice Rada
Inclusion facilitator

I completed my training as a geriatric nurse, worked in outpatient care and completed further training there to become a practical supervisor. Since children are our future and deserve our support, I decided to switch to this field. Villa Luna convinced me because of the diverse offers and the loving atmosphere.
