What we offer

  • Individually planning, designing and running your own in-company day-care centre.
    • We can set up centres exclusively for children from your own company or from a group of several companies.
    • Designing and managing a child day-care centre according to your requirements.
    • Drafting a financial plan, taking care of red tape, applying for necessary approvals, licences, grants and subsidies.
  • Advising you and helping you determine child-care demand.
  • Informing you about public financial support and government regulations.
  • Providing direct booking of childcare slots.
    • If you have reliable figures on the number of childcare slots needed
    • Notice period of three months
    • Increase always possible, if available
  • Allocation of childcare slots for your business.
    • We contractually agree to allocate for your company the number of childcare slots that you see as necessary in the medium term.
    • We can flexibly adapt to changed demand at any time.

Our concept and quality standards in a nutshell:

  • Childcare for children from 4 months to school age
  • Comprehensive range of educational opportunities for all children (all-in-one principle), such as:
    • Bilingualism through the immersion method (one English native speaker per group)
    • Music education
    • Art lessons

    • Nutrition (fresh meals every day from an in-house kitchen)
  • Flexible childcare hours tailored to family needs (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or as needed)
  • Open the entire year, no school holidays
  • Emergency / drop-in childcare
  • Small groups
  • High number of staff per group (nursery: 3 teachers; kindergarten: 4 teachers)
  • Hand-picked and highly motivated staff with additional qualifications. (We regularly offer our staff the opportunity to earn further qualifications and encourage them to actively take part in shaping and implementing our concept.)
